By letter dated November 20, 2014 (Reference 1), Southern California Edison (SCE) submitted a report, of changes that were made to the Physical Security Plan under 10 CFR 50.54(p). By letter dated March 19, 2015 (Reference 2), the NRC issued a Request for Additional Information P. O. SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION Withhold from public disclosure Cover letter decontrolled upon removal of Enclosures regarding the Reference 1 Physical Security Plan changes. By letters dated April 30, 2015, (Reference 3) and May 21, 2015, (Reference 4) SCE responded to the NRC's RAI:
During a telephone call on July 27, 2015, the NRC staff requested additional information beyond what was provided in References 3 and 4. The requested information is provided in the Enclosures to this letter. Enclosures 1, 3, and 4 provide Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure. Enclosure 2 provides Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CER 2.390. Enclosures 5 and 6, when taken together, provide Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure, but upon separation from each other provide Security-Related information and should be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390.
