Dear Sir or Madam:
Per reference 1, Luminant Generation Company, LLC (Luminant Power) submitted Relief Requests B-7, B-12, and B-13 for Comanche Peak Unit 2 for the second ten year inservice inspection interval. Per reference 2, the NRC provided a request for additional information regarding the subject relief requests.
The request was to confirm that no Nickel Alloy weld metals (182 and 82) were used in the Category B-B, Item B.40 SG Head-to-Tubesheet Welds.
Luminant Power has confirmed that no Nickel Alloy weld metals (182 and 82) were used in the Category B-B, Item B.40 SG Head-to-Tubesheet Welds.
This communication contains no new commitments regarding Comanche Peak Unit 2.
