The content of USAR Chapter four has been deleted in its entirety. The Kewaunee Power ion Reactor Coolant System (RCS) has been abandoned consistent with the Post Shutdown ommissioning Activities Report.

The as-left condition of the RCS includes the Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV) partially ded, the RPV internals in place, and RPV head set in place.
