REQUEST FOR EXEMPTIONS FROM PORTIONS OF 10 CFR 73.55 RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (RAI)

On October 8, 2013, Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) requested exemptions from portions of 10 CFR 73.55 for Kewaunee Power Station (KPS), including the ISFSI (Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Numbers ML13290A153 and ML13290A154). On March 19, 2014, DEK received a request for additional information (RAI) related to the exemption requests. The RAI questions and associated DEK responses are provided in the attachments to this letter. The RAI responses do not affect the Environmental Considerations that were provided in Attachment 2 to DEK's October 8, 2013 letters.

The attachments to this letter contain Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
