Ken, You have adequately justified the delay. I will, of course, remind you that any delays on either of our parts may impact the overall schedule for meeting the final completion of the project. We should minimize any delays to hope to remain on schedule. We will adjust our schedules to account for the recent delay. Request for Extension -- Quad Cities Rack Inserts RAI Responses (TAC Nos. MF2489 and MF2490)

Brenda, We currently have three sets of RAIs (i.e., ML14059A156, ML14066A135, and ML14066A136) associated with our rack inserts license amendment request for Quad Cities that are due on March 31, 2014. We would like to request an extension such that the responses would be due April 9, 2014. As you know, we had to engage multiple vendors to support development of the responses, and the interactions with them have taken longer than anticipated. The responses are close to being finalized; however, we would like approval of the extension request to allow additional time for the submittal to be finalized. Please let me know if the request for extension is approved.
