The new warehouse may be used to temporally house EPU equipment; however, the warehouse ultimately will be used to house non-EPU related equipment. Also temporary office trailers will support modification outages. Suggest clarifying the sentence reading "No new construction will occur outside of existing plant areas, and no expansion of buildings, roads, parking lots, equipment lay-down areas, or storage areas will be required to support the proposed EPU," to state "No new permanent expansion of buildings, roads, parking lots, equipment storage areas, or transmission facilities on site will be required to either complete the proposed EPU modifications or operate PBAPS at EPU conditions."
