Pages 63506 - 63516, October 24,2013 In Reference 1, Exelon Generation Company, LLC, (Exelon) submitted the License Amendment Request for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, proposed Extended Power Uprate.

In Reference 2, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission notified Exelon of the availability of a Draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Proposed Extended Power Uprate for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Comments Regarding Draft Environmental Report and Finding of No Significant Impact November 22, 2013 Page 2 Exelon appreciates the opportunity to comment on this draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact made available through the Federal Register (Reference 3) and offers the attached clarifications for consideration by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Aesthetic Impacts construction is required to support operation at EPU power levels. A new permanent warehouse was constructed on the cooling tower peninsula which is within the existing facility footprint. The new warehouse may be used to temporally house EPU equipment; however, the warehouse ultimately will be used to house non-EPU related equipment. Also temporary office trailers will support modification outages. Suggest clarifying the sentence reading "No new construction will occur outside of existing plant areas, and no expansion of buildings, roads, parking lots, equipment lay-down areas, or storage areas will be required to support the proposed EPU," to state "No new permanent expansion of buildings, roads, parking lots, equipment storage areas, or transmission facilities on site will be required to either complete the proposed EPU modifications or operate PBAPS at EPU conditions."
