The NRC review of your submittal of April 12, 1984, regarding Masonry Walls at SONGS-1, is underway. Our technical assistance contractor, Franklin Research Center has written a TER in which Chapters 7, 8, 9, 10 and Appendices B and F are denoted as containing proprietary information. Please review the TER and determine which pages contain proprietary data so that these portions may be withheld from public disclosure. If material in the TER is considered to be proprietary, please submit your request for withholding following the Commission's regulations in 10 CFR 2.790. We request that you provide a response within 30 days from receipt of this letter.
