Docket No. 50-206 SEP Topic II-4.F San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 On February 8 and 9, 1984, SCE met with the NRC staff to discuss the NRC comments regarding SEP Topic II-4.F, Settlement of Foundations and Buried Equipment. Additional information required by the NRC staff to complete their review was summarized in Enclosure 2 and Enclosure 3, Item 3, of a memorandum from Thomas M. Cheng to Christopher I. Grimes dated February 27, 1984. This additional information is provided as an enclosure to this letter.

Docket No. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3 This report is being submitted in accordance with the requirement of Title 10 Part 50.54(q) Code of Federal Regulations, which specifies such a report if a change is made to an emergency plan without prior Commission approval.
On May 14, Southern California Edison adopted a revision to the San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3 Emergency Plan. Attachment I contains the previously existing wording. Attachment II contains the newly adopted wording.
Attachment III contains a description of the change, a determination that the change does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan, and a determination that the Emergency Plan, as changed, continues to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
