Dear Ms. Bladey,

New Hampshire Fish and Game, Marine Fisheries Division. has reviewed the recently transmitted NUREG-1437 Supplement 46 (regarding Seabrook Station). We find the Supplement 46, NUREG-1437 is directed mainly to

-. the subjects of:

- Severe accident mitigation alternatives

- An update on the Uranium fuel cycle section Neither of these two subjects bears on areas of direct New Hampshire Fish and Game interest, responsibility or authority. Beyond these two subjects, there is no additional substantive information on the areas of interest to us.

We expect the final EIS, when issued, will have some mention and evaluation on the two letters of comment sent to you in October of 2011 relative to NRC 2010-0206.

If there are questions. on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely, Douglas E. Gobut Chief Marine Fisheries DEG/vjb cc:
