The purpose of this letter is to provide the annual report of the Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC (CENG) Nuclear Advisory Committee, as required by Reference (a). Reference (a) requires that the report be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the report or January 31, whichever comes first. The report was distributed to the CENG board of directors and declared final on January 22, 2013.

Attachment (1) is a proprietary version of the annual report of the Nuclear Advisory Committee to the CENG Board of Directors. Attachment (lb) contains a redacted version of the annual report. Attachment (2) is the 10 CFR 2.390 affidavit of Steven L. Miller.
