Letter from H. B. Barron (CENG) and C. M. Crane (Exelon) to Document Control Desk (NRC), dated May 12, 2011, Application for Approval of Indirect Transfer of Control of Licenses In response to a recent verbal request from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff, Constellation Energy Nuclear Group management acknowledges that it is aware of the November 11, 2011 letter from Exelon Generation to the NRC Document Control Desk (Reference a). The subject of that letter was a proposed change to the post-merger structure as compared to the proposed post-merger structure set forth in the indirect license transfer application (Reference b).

Constellation Energy Nuclear Group management was' aware of the proposed structure change prior to Exelon submitting the letter and was aware that the letter was to be submitted on the dockets for the relevant CENG licenses.
