Montgomery, Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC to Director - Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (USNRC) dated March 12, 2012 In accordance with the Orders issued in the referenced letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) hereby acknowledges the Reference 2 letter submitted by Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC which provided notification to the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation of the closing of the corporate merger between Exelon Corporation and Constellation Energy Group, Inc., and indirect transfer of the licenses for the above referenced facilities.
