NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NO.2 - CORRECTION TO LETTER RE: REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE RE: EPU POWER ASCENSION REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER 26,2012 (TAC NO. ME8349)
Dear Mr. Langdon:
On October 23,2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the acceptance letter (Agencywide Documents and Management System Accession No. ML12290A046), in regards to your request dated September 26,2012, for withholding information from public disclosure Re: EPU power ascension report.
Due an inadvertent error, the title of the letter incorrectly states "NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NO.1.... " The correct Title should have been "NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NO.2... "
There are no other changes to the letter.
