P-A& E-- V 7 Docket, Hearina From: allan levy [aljayl2l@aol.com]

Sent: Thursday, September 06, 2012 6:16 PM To: Docket, Hearing

Subject:

Indian River The Indian River plant is destroying specie after specie of fish and other aquatic life and has been doing so for years. An incident such as happened in Russia and Japan is threat to the entire Hudson Valley and residents in and around New York City. This threat is not only to the economy of both areas but also to the lives and well being to the people who live in these areas. There is no workable evacuation plan for the area and the NRDC has proved that there is no need for the plant. The region has plenty of power through 2020. In the period of time until then investments can be made in renewable energy, efficiency and transmission with the cost of only a couple .ofdollars a month to the homeowner. This plant must be shut down after Entergy's lease runs out. No extension must be given.
