I got with KC and Mark about Peach Bottom reactor building overpressure failure. A 1,000 m2 flow path is opened to the environment given a 0.5 psi pressure rise in the building. This represents failure of the refueling bay roof.
Your pictures of LHSI piping in the Safeguards Area show bare piping (no insulation).
