Response to "Texas A&M University - Request for additional information regarding the Texas A&M University AGN-201M reactor license renewal application (TAC. NO. ME1588), July 25, 2011" In response to the RAI dated July 25, 2011 an extension for the remaining responses is requested until March 30, 2012. This extension is requested due to an FMLA event. As a result of this event, the Reactor Supervisor has been out of work a substantial amount of time. Due to this, the responses have not been routed through the Reactor Safety Board. We expect the Board will meet prior to March 30, 2012 and the responses will be sent upon approval.
