LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 04B06 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of the pre-submittal meeting is to discuss Exelon Nuclear's license amendment request to allow the use of Northeast Technology Corporation (NETCO) spent fuel pool rack inserts at Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2.

CATEGORV:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES). Participants from Exelon Nuclear include representatives of Gutherman Technical Services (GTS),
