November 9,2010 Mr. Harral Logaras Regional Government Liaison Nuclear Regulatory Commission 2443 Warrenville Rd., Suite 210 Lisle, IL 60532 You, or your representative, and a guest are cordially invited to our annual offsite agency dinner meeting for the offsite emergency response support personnel. This dinner meeting is for the offsite agencies that support the Offsite Emergency Plan for Quad Cities Station. This meeting is held in appreciation of your support and is an opportunity for Exelon Managers and Offsite Emergency Support Personnel to meet.

The meeting will be held on December 9, 2010 at Rastrelli's Restaurant, 238 Main Avenue, Clinton, Iowa. We have enclosed a map for your convenience along with the evening's agenda.

Also enclosed are two attachments, which provide information about the public document room for Quad Cities Station and offsite evaluations. The public document room contains correspondence between the NRC and the utility. Contact the Vice President of Security &

Emergency Prearedness, if you want to receive a copy of any of the evaluations that relate to your agency.

The enclosed pre-addressed RSVP card will ensure reservations are made in your name.

Please print the information on the card and mail it no later than November 24, 2010.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 10CFR50.54(t),

mandates Exelon Corporation (the licensee) provide for an annual review of its emergency preparedness program. The review must include an evaluation of the adequacy of interfaces with state and local governments and licensee drills, exercises, procedures and capabilities. The results of specific portions of this review, along with any recommendations, must be made available to the appropriate state and local governments.

The results of such evaluations, as they pertain to a specifically affected agency, will be provided upon receipt of a written request. The request should be addressed to:
