Purpose:

The NRC staff will host a webinar to present the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Dresden and Quad Cities for 2021, as described in the 2021 annual assessment letter.

Following the presentation, the NRC will respond to questions specific to the safety performance of the stations and the NRCs role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: K. Riemer, Chief, Branch 1, Division of Reactor Projects A. Nguyen, Senior Resident Inspector, Dresden C. Hunt, Senior Resident Inspector, Quad Cities A. Demeter, Acting Resident Inspector, Dresden Z. Coffman, Resident Inspector, Quad Cities Public Participation: This is an information meeting with a question-and-answer session.

The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting, however the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting. The NRC staff will provide guidance during the webinar on the methods available to ask a question. Alternatively, questions may be submitted in advance to Kenneth.Riemer@nrc.gov .
