Tom, The NRC staff has completed the acceptance review for the Peach Bottom license amendment request submitted November 3, 2011, regarding spent fuel pool rack inserts. The NRC staff has determined that supplemental information is required in order for the application to be considered complete and enable the NRC staff to begin the technical review. A draft of the requested supplemental information is attached. We request that a teleconference between the NRC staff and Exelon representatives be held this week to ensure that the information request is fully understood. Tentatively, we would like to hold this teleconference at 10:00am on Thursday, December 8, 2011.
