Dear Sir or Madam,

By letter dated July 22, 2010 (Reference 1), Southern California Edison submitted a license amendment request for approval of the Cyber Security Plan for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) in accordance with 10 CFR 73.54. The purpose of this license amendment was to provide an Implementation Schedule, provide a table of SONGS deviations from NEI 08-09 Revision 6, and add a sentence to the existing Facilities Operating Licenses (FOL) license condition for Physical Security to require SCE to fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission approved Cyber Security Plan.

Document Control Desk June 16, 2011 By letter dated March 31, 2011 (Reference 2), Southern California Edison submitted responses to additional information requested by the NRC by e-mail dated March 1, 2011. Southern California Edison wishes to change the actions associated with Milestone #6 as indicated in the Enclosure to this letter.

The response to the request for additional information does not expand the scope of the application and does not impact the conclusions of the no significant hazards consideration determination provided in Reference 1.

This letter and the enclosure contain no new commitments.
