WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY - ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT REGARDING RENEWAL OF FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-76 FOR THE WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY MODIFIED TRIGA NUCLEAR RADIATION CENTER REACTOR (TAC NO. ME1589)
Dear Dr. Wall:
Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact regarding the application submitted by the Washington State University dated June 24, 2002, as supplemented by letters dated August 15, 2007, June 13, 2008, and April 7, 2010; for a renewed Facility Operating License No. R-76 for the Washington State University Modified TRIGA Nuclear Radiation Center Reactor. The proposed action would renew Facility Operating License No. R-76 for twenty years from the date of issuance of the renewed license. The enclosed is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
