Washington State University Response to Request for Additional Information Regarding the Washington State University TRIGA Reactor License Renewal (TAC No. ME1589)

The Request f6r Additional Information dated December 9, 2009 has been received at Washington State University. The amount of time required to completely assemble the requested documentation and prepare the responses is greater than initially anticipated. It has been determined that it will be necessary to present the issues before the WSU Board of Regents for approval. The'next WSU Board of Regents meeting at which the issues may be placed on the agenda is May 6 and 7, 2010.

WSU would like to request an extension to June 9, 2010 to complete preparation of the responses.
