The ADAMS Accession Number for the April 7, 2010 letter is ML101030215.

The data in Tables 3.a.7 and 3.a.8 of the April 7, 2010 letter use inflationary adjustment factors, expressed as percentages, in columns with the heading, "Inflationary adjustment (a)". The source of the data for the inflationary adjustment values is the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers. The data may be found at the Bureau of Labor Statistics website at:
