Ladies and Gentlemen:
By letter dated April 15, 2010, the Harris Nuclear Plant (HNP) submitted a request to the NRC (Reference 1) for relief from ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI Requirements for the Service Water System. Additionally, HNP submitted its response to the NRC's Request for Additional Information on October 4, 2010 (Reference 3).
During a January 26, 2011, telephone discussion with NRC Staff, HNP agreed to provide the completion date for the Regulatory Commitment that required a code repair be completed during Refueling Outage 16.
The Attachment to this submittal contains the requested information.
This document contains no new Regulatory Commitment.

Item Actual Completion CommitmentDate Replace temporary non-code repair of defect in weld on line 3SW3/4-1630SA-1 with a permanent repair. Temporary non-code repair consists of deferral of code repair until the next October 12, 2010 scheduled outage exceeding 30 days but no later than the next scheduled refueling outage, provided the condition continues to meet the acceptance criteria of Generic Letter 90-05.
