Acceptance review of ME3856 through ME3859 Annette/Mark:
The NRC staff completed the acceptance review of the LARs associated with TACs ME3856 through & ME3859 revising TS 5.6.5 regarding addition of analytical methodology AREVA Topical Reports BAW-10247PA, Realistic Thermal-Mechanical Fuel Rod Methodology for Boiling Water Reactors, and ANP-10298PA, ACE/ATRIUM 10 XM Critical Power Correlation.
The NRC staff finds the subject LARs to be acceptable for review in that the application reasonably appears to contain sufficient technical information, both in scope and depth, for the staff to complete the detailed technical review and render, in an appropriate time frame, an assessment of the proposed action with regard to applicable regulatory requirements and the protection of public health, safety, and security.
The detailed review may result in some questions that will be addressed informally or formally prior to the completion of the staff's final assessment of the LAR.
