Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North, Room 0-4 B4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852 PURPOSE: To discuss proposed responses to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests for Additional Information (RAls) related to Generic Letter (GL) 2004-02, "Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized Water Reactors," dated December 30,2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093510115), for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant with representatives of Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), in order to reach a common understanding and agreement on the path forward.

CATEGORY*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
