Dear Sir or Madam:
On January 21, 2009, Entergy Operations, Inc. submitted a request to amend the Technical Specifications (TS) for River Bend Station as described in the referenced letter (LAR 2009-01). During subsequent on-site processing of the proposed change, it was noticed that two pages of that letter contained a grammatical error. Specifically, pages 7 and 9 of Attachment 4 contain inserts indicating proposed changes to Surveillance Requirements in TS 3.8.1, "AC Sources - Operating." The word "and" was inadvertently omitted from those inserts. Copies of the original pages are attached to this letter, and have been annotated to indicate the needed correction.
