River Bend On November 20, 2008 River Bend submitted an amendment request to add a reference to an analytical method that will be used to determine core operating limits to Technical Specification (TS) 5.6.5, Core Operating Limits Report (COLR). Reference TAC ME0157.
In Attachment 3 of this application a commitment was made to:
"Entergy has not completed analyses to determine whether a change to the TS Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) safety limits will be required for the RBS reload. If analyses indicate that a change to the MCPR safety limit is required, the TS change will be requested separately."
The analysis necessary to determine if a change to the TS Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) safety limits will be required has been completed. The results of this analysis confirm no change to the TS MCPR safety limits will be required for the RBS reload.
