SUMMARY
OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2008, CATEGORY 1 WORKING-LEVEL MEETING WITH NMPNS TO DISCUSS PROPOSED EXTENDED POWER UPRATE APPLICATION RELATED TO STEAM DRYERS On September 9, 2008, a public meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and representatives of NMPNS and its vendor, Continuum Dynamics Inc.,
at NRC Headquarters, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss NMPNSs proposed extended power uprate application related to its steam dryer analyses. Certain portions of the meeting were closed to the public as some of the presentation material and discussion were determined to be proprietary in nature.
There were no members of the public in attendance, and no public meeting feedback forms were received. Enclosure 1 is a list of meeting attendees and Enclosure 2 is a copy of the licensees slides presented at the meeting.
