Vermont Yankee
Dear Board members,
As someone who has lived in the town of Vernon since before I could remember. I am now 37 yrs old, I feel the power plant should not be allowed to be relicenced past the 2012 permit it currently has. Its obvious that the plant is in need of work on the cooling towers what work is needed on the inside to make it operate til 2012
? Its painfully obvious the plant is in disrepair and needs major updating to keep it safe til 2012. I feel the board MUST not allow this plant to operate past the 2012 deadline and must not be relicenced to do so. Sincerely, Brian Wheelock, Vernon resident 1-03
