SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 KEWAUNEE POWER STATION GENERIC LETTER 2008-01, MANAGING GAS ACCUMULATION IN EMERGENCY CORE COOLING, DECAY HEAT REMOVAL, AND CONTAINMENT SPRAY SYSTEMS-SCHEDULE EXTENSION FOR THREE MONTH RESPONSE Generic Letter (GL) 2008-01 requires a nine-month written response providing the information requested in the GL. A three-month written response ts required if a licensee proposes an alternative course of action, including schedule considerations. In a telephone conversation between the NRC (Mr. J. S. Wermiel) and Dominion (Mr. D.

A. Sommers) on April 3, 2008, the NRC staff agreed to a thirty-day extension for Dominion to submit the three-month response in order to address evolving positions on the required walkdowns. This letter is to confirm the agreement between the NRC staff and Dominion to delay submission of the three-month response until May 11, 2008.
