Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc.(DEK)submitted a response to GL 2008-01 on October 14,2008(reference 2).In the response, DEK committed to revise current fill and vent procedures by October 1, 2009, to provide a means and acceptance criteria to ensure that piping is sufficiently full after system fill and vent.Additionally, DEK committed to revise current inservice test procedures prior to October 1, 2009, to provide dynamic sweeping as part of the filling of the systems where needed to ensure systems are sufficiently full.Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc.has changed these commitments to complete the procedure revisions by October 15, 2009.The revised dates will continue to ensure that the procedures are revised prior to their next use for system fill and vent.
