RE: Draft Environmental Assessment for Yankee 20.2002 Request John-The Massachusetts Radiation Control Program (MRCP) has no comments regarding the Draft EA for Yankee's 10 CFR 20.2002 request to dispose -2000 truck loads of radioactive waste to the Subtitle C Waste facility in Texas.
Our comments regarding the draft EA for the LTFP will be incorporated with the Mass DEP's comments.

Draft Environmental Assessment for Yankee 20.2002 Request Attached is a draft EA for Yankee's proposed 20.2002 disposal of demolition debris at the WCS site in Texas. The written request for your review was signed out on Wednesday. Yankee is very anxious for the approval of this disposal option so a more rapid review of this EA than the 30 days stated in the transmittal letter would be appreciated.
