B-73 AMENDMENT NO.13 Effective December 16, 2005, Indemnity Agreement No. B-73, between Ohio Edison Company, Toledo Edison Company, Pennsylvania Power Company, Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 12, 1974, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The following licensees are deleted "Pennsylvania Power Company" and Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company" and the following licensees are added "FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation Corporation" and FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company' FOR THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Christopher I.
