, Indemnity Agreement No. B-79, between Toledo Electric Company and Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated June 16, 11976, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The following licensees are deleted "Toledo Electric Company" and "Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company" and the following licensees are added "FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation Corporation" and FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company" FOR THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Christopher rimes, Director Division of Policy and Rulemaking Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation
