August 15 Audit at GE Valleritos on small scale model test Rick, The commercial contractor, Dr. Samir Ziada, and I plan to go to GE Valleritos on August 15. I am scheduled to arrive at Residence Inn Fremont (510-749-7900) about 12:00pm on thel5th. We plan to go to GE Valleritos at 2pm for badging and other matters we need to know regarding the audit. The audit will start at 8:30am and end at 5pm on Tuesday, August 16. Please let me know regarding the following information:

1. The address of the audit location, GE Valleritos offices,

2. The person to be contacted during this audit,

3. The badging required documents (i.e., passport, ..) for entrance to GE office.

Please provide the above information by Friday since Dr. Ziada will be out on Vacation from August 1 to
