SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 1 0 WN ERS ACTIVITY REPORTS By letter dated October 2, 2000, the NRC granted Dominion approval to use the recording and reporting requirements of ASME Code Case N-532, Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission as Required by IWA-4000 and IWA-6000,Section XI, Division 1, for Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2. Therefore, pursuant to the requirements of ASME Code Case N-532, the Owners Activity Reports (Form OAR-I) for Surry Unit 1 refueling outages SlR17, SIR18 and SIR19 are provided in Enclosure 1. It should be noted that the third interval, ten-year reactor vessel examination was completed during the S1 R19 refueling outage as allowed by the NRC in a letter dated November 4, 2003, Surry Power Station, Unit 1 - Inservice Inspection Program Relief Request CMP-28, Revision 1, Extension of Reactor Vessel Inspection Schedule (TAC No. MB8480). Provision of this information completes the reporting requirements for the third period of the third ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 1.

Additionally, Surry Unit 1 entered the fourth ten-year inservice inspection (ISI) interval on October 14, 2003. Therefore, as allowed by Code Case N-532-1, the Form OAR-1 for the fourth interval IS1 exams completed through the duration of the S1 R19 refueling outage is provided in Enclosure 2.
