- Ronda, VY EPU supplement 5, dated 1/31/04, Attachment 2, page 75 of 120, RAI response RLEP-C-5, contains wording in future tense regarding the Spring 2004 outage. The RLEP reviewer, Stacey Imboden, plans to provide a discussion in the environmental assessment that is in the past tense. Therefore, we basically need to confirm that the info previously provided is correct and have that info docketed (if possible in the next RAI response). See attached email from Stacey for the specific info she needs.

- Rick, I am working on my environmental assessment for VY EPU. I have a sentence in my writeup that is now a little outdated.
Entergy plans to complete all modifications In the spring 2004 refueling outage, which will require up to 500 additional workers and supervisors. Normally, less than 700 additional personnel are required for refueling outages; the spring 2004 refueling outage will require up to 1200 additional personnel.
Can you tell me if this sentence is true? Did Entergy complete the modifications in the last refueling outage in spring 2004? And how many additional personnel were required?
