This refers to our meeting conducted at the NRC Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, on November 30, 2004. At this meeting, NRC and Entergy management discussed the performance of Arkansas Nuclear One, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, River Bend Station, and the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3. Recent Entergy and NRC organizational changes and current regulatory issues were also discussed, as indicated in the enclosed slide presentations.
