NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - CORRECTION OF CONFORMING ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-63 (TAC NO. MC2941)

Dear Mr. Spina:

On October 28, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued the subject document to, among other things, change Operating License (OL) No. DPR-63 for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1, to reflect the Design Basis Threat Order of April 29, 2003.

Subsequent to the issuance, Mr. John Dosa of your staff pointed out a number of errors in the revised OL page 4. We agree that administrative errors had been inadvertently made.

Enclosed please find a corrected page 4, with side bars highlighting the areas of correction.

We apologize if these errors caused you any inconvenience.
