By the referenced letter, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) submitted an application to renew the operating licenses for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
During Nuclear Regulatory Commission review of the license renewal application (LRA), I&M is required by 10 CFR 54.21(b) to report changes to the current licensing basis that materially affect the contents of the LRA, including the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) supplement.
I&M has completed a review of. pertinent documentation and identified no changes that materially affected the LRA, including the UFSAR supplement.
The enclosure to this letter provides an affirmation pertaining to the statements made in this letter. There are no new commitments made in this submittal.
