The purpose of this letter is to provide the revised SQN PSP.

In a conference call with NRC on September 20, 2004, NRC had additional questions concerning the proposed PSP Revision 0 that was submitted on September 9, 2004. contains a list of the sections of the PSP being revised and NRC's questions.

The revised plan included in supersedes TVA's proposed PSP dated September 10, 2004.

There are no regulatory commitments identified in this submittal.
