The purpose of this letter is to provide a revised response to NRC's request for additional information received on July 16, 2004.
These questions concern the Training and Qualification Plan.
This response contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21.
TVA, therefore, requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
No new regulatory commitments are identified in this letter.
