This letter is in response to the questions posed in Reference (b). In Reference (b) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff requested a response to the request for additional information within ten days from receipt of the letter. We received Reference (b) on July 27, 2004.
This letter is not subject to protective requirements. The enclosure contains Safeguards Information and is therefore subject to Safeguards Information protection according to 10 CFR 73.21. Upon separation from the Enclosure, this letter is DECONTROLLED.

Document Control Desk August 6, 2004 Page 2 Also, this letter provides a supplemental response to previous requests for additional information regarding our Physical Security Plan, Sections 1-19. Specifically, in References (c) and (d), several questions were considered generic changes to the NRC endorsed template. Those questions were forwarded to the industry Security Frequency Asked Questions Panel for consideration. We have received the Security Frequency Asked Questions Panel's recommendation for responding to several of the generic questions submitted and have supplemented our response accordingly.
