In reference (a) we submitted our revised physical security plan, safeguards contingency plan, and guard training and qualification plan, including an implementation schedule, for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units I and 2, in response to the April 29, 2003 Orders revising the design basis threat. This letter is in response to the questions posed in Reference (b).
In Reference (b) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff requested a response to the request for additional information within ten working days from the date of receipt. We received Reference (b) on July 13, 2004.
This letter is not subject to protective requirements.
The enclosure contains Safeguards Information and is therefore subject to Safeguards Information protection according to 10 CFR 73.21. Upon separation from the Enclosure, this letter is DECONTROLLED.
