DAVIS-BESSE 0350 OVERSIGHT PANEL FINAL RESTART CHECKLIST PUBLIC RELEASE The purpose of this memorandum is to inform you that the 0350 Panel Restart Checklist has been updated from the version provided with our February 26, 2004, restart recommendation memorandum to James Caldwell, and is now finalized. With this memorandum, this finalized Restart Checklist will also be publicly available in ADAMS.
