We have completed our acceptance review of your LAR03-07, dated December 31, 2003. That request is based on methodology provided in WCAP-1 5622. The staff review of WCAP-1 5622 is not expected to be completed in the near future, and the staff has indicated that it cannot proceed with the review of your application in the abcense of approval of the methodology of WCAP-1 5622.
Rather than my returning the request for a future submittal, please have your staff contact me to discuss possible withdrawal of the subject request, and re-submittal after the safety evaluation report approving the methodology has been issued.
