Ameren issued a letter to the NRC on June 5, 2003, that included numerous attachments (Reference 1). Attachment 6 to that letter contained copies of drawings developed by Framatome ANP that were noted to be the property of Framatome ANP and were not to be copied or further distributed. These drawings are not proprietary.

This letter authorizes the NRC to place copies of these drawings (that is, the drawings in to the referenced letter) in the Public Document Room or ADAMS, as appropriate, and make other distribution of the information as needed to fulfill its regulatory review function.
