As submitted in Reference 1, the Technical Specification (TS) Bases, Section B.3.4.9 (Reference section) and the Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR), Section 2.7.2.13, specify the implementing Boiling Water Reactor Vessel and Internals Project (BWRVIP) document as uBWRVIP-86-A, April 2002.0 This should be changed to "BWRVIP-86-A, October 2002" to specify the correct date of the BWRVIP document. Provide revised TS Bases and USAR pages which reflect these changes.
